Easy Chicken Alfredo

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Milk, Skim, Whole Foods, 1 cup
    *Canola Oil, 1 1tsp
    *Pasta Whole Wheat Trader Joe Organic Penne, 3 cup
    Broccoli, frozen, 1 package (10 oz)
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cup

Directions

Cook chicken with canola oil and cut into bite sized pieces.

Separately, cook penne. Add broccoli when penne is almost cooked.

In chicken skillet, add cream of mushroom, milk, Parmesan cheese and any Italian spices, like oregano, basil, red pepper, etc. Whisk and allow to come to a slow simmer, but do not boil. Add chicken. Allow to heat while pasta and broccoli finish cooking.

Combine all ingredients and enjoy.
