1 extra small (under 6 in) ripe banana cut into chunks & frozen *
1/2 package of no sugar added carnation breakfast rich milk chocolate flavor
8 oz almond breeze 30 cal almond milk
1 tb of all natural peanut butter
*helpful tip... freeze banana w/out the skin on already cut into chunks. You can do this ahead of time up to an hour, or save time in the morning by freezing over night.
I always have some on hand by freezing the skinless "chunked" up banana on a cookie sheet for an hour or so, then place the frozen bananas in a zip-lock bag. Then I can easily grab as many banana chunks as needed.
