    9 TBSP Ground Flax Meal
    2 scoops Optimum Nutrition Whey Protein (You can obviously use any brand or flavor)
    Cinnamon to taste
    Stevia to taste if desired

Tips

I like mine creamier so I blend it longer. choose any consistency you prefer.
