Crab Quiche

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 eggs
    1/2 cup fat free milk
    4 Tbsp fat free mayo
    2 tbsp flour

    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
    1/2 tsp hot sauce

    1 cup crab meat
    1 cup cheese - any combination (swiss, parmesan, cheddar...)
    1/2 cup green onion, diced

Directions

Preheat over to 350 degrees.

Combine eggs, flour, mayo and milk. Whisk til blended. Add seasonings; salt and pepper to taste.

Stir in chopped crab meat and cheese. Pour into 4 individual greased pans, or square baking dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until knife comes out clean.
