Nuts and Seeds Granola




Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    Old fashion oats
    Unsweetened shredded coconut
    Slivered almonds
    Raw pumpkin seeds
    Raw sunflower seeds
    Whole flaxseed
    Hemp seed
    Maple syrup
    Peanut butter
    Cinnamon
    Dried cranberries

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper
In large bowl combine oats,coconut,almonds,pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds,flaxseed,hempseed.
In a medium bowl,whisk together maple syrup,peanut butter and cinnamon.
Add peanut butter mixture to dry mixture, mix until completely coated. Spread on baking sheet.
Bake 10 minutes
Stir
Bake another 10-12 minutes careful not to burn
Remove from oven, add cranberries
Let cool
Store in airtight container up to 5 days if storing longer refrigerate
