Ingredients

    2 cans tuna packed in water
    1/2 red onion, sliced thin
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 medium appled, diced
    2 ribs celery, diced
    4 scallions, sliced thin
    1 clove garlic, finely diced or grated
    1/4 cup green olives with pimento, sliced
    1/2 bunch parsley, minced
    1/4 cup olive oil
    3 T. red wine vinegar

Directions

Mix all ingredients and serve on wheat bread.
