Ingredients

2 T Chia Seeds (Organic, GFCF)
    1 T Hemp Hearts
    1 T Flax Seeds
    1 tsp Psyllium Husks
    1/3 c Frozen Organic Berries
1/3 c Trader Joe's Gluten Free Rolled Oats
    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
Optional: 1 packet Organic Stevia Powder for a little more sweetness, naturally without extra calaries.

Tips

Don't walk too far away from the microwave because it will expand as it heats (all that fiber in it :)).

Directions

Put the frozen berries in the bottom of a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon, then microwave for 1 minute. Add the Chia Seeds, Hemp Hearts, Flax, and stir. Then stir in the Psyllium Husks & Oats, add enough water to rise just above the ingredients, and microwave for 1 minute. Stir again after first minute, you may need to add more water at this time, then heat again for 60-120 seconds until water absorbed and cereal is hot.

Serving Size: 1 bowl that serves
