Nutritional Yeast Pancakes

Ingredients

    1/2 cup nutritional yeast flakes
    1 cup flour
    1 cup water
    1 Tablespoon oil


Tips

Use whole wheat flour for a lighter pancake. If you use white flour, the pancakes will be heavier than most people are used to.


Directions

Mix yeast, flour and water in a bowl. Heat oil in frying pan and cook pancakes for a few minutes on both sides.

Can eat plain or with honey or any favorite topping.

Serving Size: makes 9 or 10 pancakes
