Ingredients

    400g cream of coconut
    1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
    1/4 cup brewed coffee
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. Empty can of cream of coconut into a metal mixing bowl. Add vanilla, cocoa powder, and coffee. Whisk until smooth.

2. Refrigerate until chilled.

3. Whisk again to make sure the mixture hasn't separated.

4. Freeze mixture in your ice cream maker according to its instructions; this should take 20-30 minutes.

5. Portion and freeze 'ice cream' until you're ready to serve it.

Serving Size: Makes 12 servings
