Cooked Apples

Introduction

I make these apples for breakfast or with pork chops. I make these apples for breakfast or with pork chops.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 5 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb (remove)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *French Vanilla Flavoring, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .75 cup (remove) (to taste, I tend to use less sugar)
    1 tablespoon butter


Directions

Peel and cut up apples. Melt butter in a Sauce pan, put in cut up apples, vanilla, sugar (to taste) in pan. Cover and simmer until apples are tender. Serve.

Serving Size: Makes about 5 1/2 cup servings
