Ingredients

    Beans, black, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 2 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mission Artisan style Corn and Whole Wheat Blend Tortillas (1 tortilla), 3 serving (remove)
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 1.5 cup, shredded (remove)

Tips

I often serve this with a tahini sauce.


Directions

Blend beans, garlic, and flax seed. Add spices like cayanne if desired. Add onions.
If you want cakes, spoon them into a hot pan. If you want hummus, just heat and layer on tortilias with lettuce.
