Introduction

Ingredients

    2 1/2 TBS Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain Oat Flour
    1/2 Scoop iSatori Eat Smart Vanilla Protein Powder
    1 TBS Ground Flax Seed
    1 TBS Cultured Buttermilk Blend (dry blend)
    2 Egg Whites
    1 TBS Water
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/4 tps Baking Powder
    Pinch of Sea Salt
    Pinch of Stevia

Tips

The cultured buttermilk I use is found on the baking isle in the grocery store. It's a small cannister with a red lid - sometimes hard to locate on the shelf!


Directions

Mix dry ingredients together and then add egg whites. Mix until egg whites and dry ingredients and smooth. Add water and vanilla extract.
Spray griddle with butter flavored cooking spray. Pour 4 pancakes onto griddle. After about a minute, flip to cook the other side.
