Kale salad

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 medium Gala apple
    1 Date
    11 roasted Almonds
    50 g on Paneer
    3 tbsp Balsamic vinegarette,
    2 cups Raw kale
    Pinch of salt

Directions

1. Wash and chop Kale removing hard veins, rub with salt and keep aside for 10 minutes
2. Chop apple and date
3. Roast almonds in a pan
4. Combine all ingredients with Balsamic vinegarette and crumbled paneer


Serving Size: makes 3 one cup servings
