Ingredients

    1/4 cup onion chopped
    1 large cucumber peeled and chopped
    1 cup fresh strawberries chopped
    1 Avacado, whole, medium chopped
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can white beens, drained and rinsed
    1 can yellor or white corn, drained
    1 tomato, chopped Tomatoes
    1 lime - grate rind and juice into salad
    1 oz Lemon Juice
    2 tble Truvia Natural Sweetener
    1/4 chopped jalapeno peppers
    2 mangos, chopped
    chopped celantro
    salt, ginger, peprika to taste

Directions

mix ytogether
you can serve this with chips, or serve as side dish
