Ground Beef Hash

Ingredients

    1 lb. Ground Beef, browned and drained

    6 cups diced potatoes

    1 cup diced yellow or white onions

    1/2 cup Olive Oil

    2 Packets Brown Gravy Mix

Tips

Best served over a light, whole grain bread.


Directions

Heat Olive Oil in a large Dutch Oven or pot. Add potatoes and onions and cook until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Drain. Dissolve Brown Gravy mix into two cups cold water. Return potatoes to the Dutch Oven adding ground beef and gravy mixture. Heat slowly stirring frequently until gravy thickens. Serve.
