Chicken Alfredo Bake

Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
    1 cup raw onions
    2 cloves of garlic minced
    1 package of Penne Rigate pasta
    3/4 cup park skim mozzarella cheese (as desired)
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    4 cups Shirly J shisk bliss (healthyier choice to regular alfredo)
    1 tsp shirly J chicken bouillon
    2 olive oil
    Salt to taste
    Pepper to taste
    garlic powder to taste
    italian seasoning (herb mix) to taste

Tips

Serve favorite veggie onside, if you want to make healthier then add less cheese and use whole wheat pasta. I like to seave this with fresh steamed broccoli. This may see high in calories but when you compair to 1,000 calories for 1 cup serving to regualr alfredo made with cream cheese and heavy cream but it tastes just the same my hubby can't even tell the substitue. Enjoy


Directions

heat oil in pan add cut chicken season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and italian seasoning and raw onion. Brown until done add to a large bowl. Cook pasta and drain add to bowl. Cook wisk bliss as directed add 3/4 cup of parm to whisk bliss and 1 tsp chicken bouillon add to bolw. Add shredded Mozzarella cheese and mix well. Pour into bakind dish sprikle with remaingin parm and bake at 350 for 25 min unil warm and bubbly.
