Quick Pasta for one person

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
    1 cup chopped zucchini
    1 cup chopped tomoato
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    6 oz. pre-cooked ground turkey
    1 tsp. garlic
    1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb spice
    1 cup Prego Garlic and Herb sauce
    4 oz. whole wheat spaghetti noodles (dry)

Tips

I like making this for myself for a quick meal and I can have two more helpings for other meals or to pack for lunch.


Directions

Pre-cook turkey. Prepare pasta.
Combine broccoli, zucchini, onion, tomatoes, garlic and Mrs. Dash in a pan. Cook until tender. Add turkey and Prego sauce. Heat through.

Divide the pasta into three servings (approx. 1 cup); Divide veggie meat sauce into three servings (a generous cup).



Serving Size: three servings: 1 c. pasta; 1/3 of pasta sauce (generous cup)
