3 Skinless chicken breasts (6oz breasts cut into 3oz pieces)
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Garlic
1 tsp Rice Vinegar
1/2 tsp Sesame Oil
1 tsp Canola Oil
2 tbsp Iron Chef Sesame Garlic Sauce
4 tbsp Iron Chef General Tso Sauce (glaze)

Cut chicken breasts into 3oz pieces, place in a container and cover with marinade. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Grill chicken breasts over high heat. When nearly done, glaze with General Tso Sauce during last 5 minutes of grilling (turn often).
Other option is to grill until chicken is done, cut into bite size pieces and toss in heated General Tso Sauce.
Suggest serving with steamed broccoli and steamed rice (white or brown) for a lower fat version of this asian favorite.
