    .5 cup Low Fat Kefir
    .5 cup Low Fat Russian Yogurt
    .5 cup Pomegrante Juice
    1 small banana
    1 Granny Smith Apple
    Ice

Tips

I have an Aerate option on my blender and once I blend the smoothie, I switch to the areate option, to add more air. Helps to keep you fuller, longer!


Directions

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on High until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 2 1.5 cup serving
