Introduction

Ingredients

    2 oz of whole wheat penne pasta cooked
    1 cup spaghetti sauce
    1.5 cup steamed borccoli
    1 cup summer squash sliced and steamed
    1 0z mozzarella skim milk cheese shredded

Directions

Layer a casserole dish in this order: Cooked broccoli and squash, 1/4 the cheese, penne pasta, sauce, and the rest of the cheese. bake on 350 until the cheese is bubbly.
