Introduction

Easy to fix meal that you don't have to fuss over. Easy to fix meal that you don't have to fuss over.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    6 chicken leg quarters, fat removed
    6 medium potatoes
    5 large carrots
    4 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
    12 tsp Mrs. Dash Chicken Seasoning
    6 tbsp Dried chopped onion
    1/4 cup Blue Bonnet Homestyle margarine
    No Salt seasoning to taste

Directions

Dice potatoes into 1 inch pieces, slice carrots into 1/4 inch pieces. Mix together thoroughly with remaining ingredients. Place in a 9 x 13 casserole pan and bake 20 minutes in a 425 degree oven. Remove from oven, stir thoroughly. Separate chicken legs from the thighs and place evenly spaced on top of vegetables, Cover with Mrs. Dash chicken seasoning and return to oven. Bake an additional hour or until juices run clear in chicken.
