Chicken Stew

Ingredients

    Put olive oil and butter in a dutch over over medium high heat, add veggies and saute until tender. Add chicken, and cook until no longer pink on the outside. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp flour in pot stir and cook a few minutes to cook out the flour taste. Add veggie broth, water, and seasonings bring to a boil reduce to a simmer, cover and cook for 45 minutes, remove lid and continue cooking another 15. serve as is, or over biscuits or mashed potatoes.
