Ingredients

    1 cup Aunt Jemima Original Complete Pancake Mix
    2/3cup water - Brita Filtered
    1medium Apple Golden Delicious, Peeled & grated
    2tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    2Tbsp Canola Oil all natural pure

Tips

If you wish use 1 medum tart apple and add one packet of Truvia sweetner to mix. May leave peel on for more fiber.

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except Oil. Heat 1T oil in a nonstick frying pan.. Drop 3 1/3cup pancakes into oil. Cook until mix bubbles, Turn and cook on other side about 2minutes a side or until golden brown.
