Introduction

My Husband came up with these. They are sooooo yummy. We used to use all regular ingredients, but this recipe is using fat free ingredients to make them healthier. 20 servings is 10 burritos, cut in half, they are REALLY filling. Ingredients

    93% Lean Ground Beef, 16 oz
    GV Fat Free Refried Beans, 3.5 cup 1 Medium sized can
    Beans, red kidney, 1.75 cup,
    1 regular can
    95% fat free tortillas, 10 tortillas
    98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup, 3 cup Family size can
    GV Colby and monterey jack cheese, shredded, 4 cups
    Old El Paso green chile enchilad sauce, 1 Can

Directions

Brown hamburger and drain, add both kinds of beans and mix well. Fill the Tortillas with hamburger mixture and place in greased(cooking spray) 9x13 baking pan. Pour Cream of Mushroom soup evenly over burritos and bake at 400f for 30-40 mins. Top with Cheese and bake additional 5-10 mins or until cheese is melted. Top with green chile and a dollop of Fat Free sour cream.
