Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2 cups Whole Wheat flour
    1 TBSP of Sugar
    1 pack of yeast
    1 tsp of salt
    4 TBSP of extra virgin olive oil
    1 cup of warm water

Tips

I make it with turkey meatballs and make calzones with a little mozzarella.


Directions

Put yeast and sugar in warm water.
Let sit until foaming
In a separate bowl, combine all other dry ingredients.
Combine water mixture and dry ingredients and mix until tacky.
Let sit in warm dark place until dough rises, about 15-25 minutes. Push down once and let rise again.
Pull off 12 small balls of down and make any way you want.
