Ingredients

    Ground Chicken, 1/2 pound
    one pkg taco seasoning
    1/2 cup water
    1 cup frozen corn
    one can kidney beans
    one can tomato sauce (8 oz)
    one can diced tomatoes

Tips

top with sour cream (or plain yogurt), cheese, avacado, or other typical taco toppings.


Directions

Brown ground chicken. Add taco seasoning and water; mix. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until flavors blend, about 30 minutes.
