Ingredients

*Potato, raw, 3 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Diced
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Diced
Milk, 3.25%, 2 cup
Butter, salted, .5 stick
Directions
Cook the potatoes in water until soft. Cook onions in butter until clear. add a small amount of flour and cook to make a rouge. Add to potatoes and add milk cook until thickened.
