Ooopsie Rolls

Introduction

Recipe from the Food.com Resist eating these until the next day, it's in the overnight resting period that all of the magic happens with these "rolls". Definitely helps to squash a bread craving for me though! Ingredients

    3 Large Eggs
    1 g Splenda (or 1 packet)
    1 dash salt
    1 pinch cream of tartar
3 oz cream cheese (I used light kraft) COLD

Tips

I made these exactly as the Food.com recipe suggested and mine came out pretty thin and flat. Yes they are eggy tasting as so many people complain about but eggs are one of the two main ingredients so don't be so surprised! I am going to continue playing with this recipe a little and work towards a better finished product.

Directions

Preheat oven to 300F

Separate eggs

To egg yolks: Add Splenda, salt, cream cheese
- blend with mixer

To egg whites: Add cream of tartar
- beat until they are as stiff as you can get them

GENTLY fold yolk mixture into egg whites.

Generously spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Spoon mixture onto pan. (resembles pancakes)

BAKE around 30 mins or until golden. (Mine only took 20 mins)

Let cool for a few mins on the pan then remove to a wire rack and cool *completely*
