Ingredients

    Cream margarine, add sugar and once the mixture is smooth add the yolks one by one. Besides, sift flour with baking powder. Add flour alternately with the milk preparation, while continue beating at slow speed. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff, then add to the mixture in three parts, stirring gently surround and preferably so doing this manually.
    This cake can be baked in a mold of 28 cm at 280 F for about one hour. Makes 20 servings.
