Strawberry bread pudding

Submitted by: SASSYRADIOGIRL

Introduction

Created to use up some fresh strawberries that were getting a little old, this recipe works well with almost any berry or stone fruit...apples, peaches, blueberries, plums. It also works well with frozen fruit (thawed) or canned pineapple. • I also made this to use up some strawberries (and homemade sourdough bread). It was good. I turned it into 6 servings - still very large.
