Chipotle Lime Chicken

Ingredients

    4 boneless skinless chicken breast
    5 limes, juiced
    1/2 tbsp sea salt
    1/2 tbsp cumin
    1 tbsp ground chipotle pepper
    1/4 c cilantro, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 red bell peppers
    2 green bell peppers
    1 red onion


Directions

1. Juice 4 of the 5 limes in small mixing bowl.
2. Mix in the salt, cumin, chipotle pepper, cilantro, and garlic.
3. Chop the chicken breast into cubes and place in large ziploc bag.
4. Pour marinade over the chicken.
5. Close and shake well & place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
6. Chop bell peppers and onions.
7. Start to put the peppers, onions, and chicken on screwers.
8 Grill over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, flipping.
9. after chicken is done, remove from grill and squeeze the last lime over the chicken.
