Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 pound skinless chicken breasts
    2 cups of brown rice
    8 peppers
    2 cans of tomatoes sauce
    1/4 tsps. garlic powder
    1/4 tsps. onion powder
    1/4 tsps. pepper
    1 tsps. seasoning of choice
    2 tbsps. hot sauce

Directions

Grind chicken breasts with a few jalapenos. Steam rice. Cut tops of peppers and deseed them. Mix 1/4 tsp. onion powder, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 2 tbsps. hot sauce with 1 can of tomato sauce. Mix cooked meat and rice with sauce mixture. put into peppers and place in pan. mix other can of sauce with 1 tsp. of seasoning of choice and pour over peppers. Cook for 50 minutes at 350. when done add 1 oz. cheese to each pepper and cook for addition 10 minutes.
