Ingredients

    1 3.5 oz. pkg White Beech Mushrooms
    1 3.5 oz. pkg Brown Beech Mushrooms
    1 3.5 oz. pkg King Oyster Mushrooms
    1 small pkg Button mushrooms
    2 shredded / matchstick carrots
    1 medium sweet potato
    1 7" daikon radish
    6 T coconut oil
    8 T butter
    2 T soy sauce
    4 T Yoshida Gourmet sauce
    3 T garlic powder
    3 T onion powder
    1 T dried thyme
    2 T sesame seeds
    freshly ground mixed peppercorns

Tips

Don't overload the saute pan!
Be careful to only LIGHTLY steam the veggies or they'll go to mush when sauteeing.


Directions

Cut mushrooms into equivalent size pieces.
Julienne veggies.
Lightly steam the veggies to cook alongside the mushrooms.
Saute the veggies and 'shrooms in batches in ~ 1 T each of coconut oil and butter per batch.
Season each batch with garlic, onion, ground peppercorns, and thyme while sauteeing. Finish each batch with a tsp of soy sauce.
Remove each batch to a large dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds and Yoshida sauce.
Toss entire mix to blend and serve alongside protein or use as a vegetarian entree by itself.
