Ingredients

    7 8-inch flour tortillas
    1 lb. ground turkey
    1 package taco seasoning mix
    1/2 cup water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 large green pepper, chopped
    1/2 cup mild salsa
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Tips

make sure that your crust has no holes for the filling to get into.


Directions

layer the 7 flour tortillas in a concentric circle around a pizza pan. preheat oven to 400-degrees. brown ground turkey in non-stick skillet. add taco seasoning and water; mix well and bring to boil. cook on medium heat until liquid thickens. spread over tortilla crust. spread salsa over meat, then sprinkle onion and pepper over. cover pizza with cheese, leaving a one-inch "crust edge". Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
