Chocolate Fudge Brownies

Introduction

These are a brownie recipe I was given on my cookery course. They will need a bit of fiddling to make them a healthy treat. These are a brownie recipe I was given on my cookery course. They will need a bit of fiddling to make them a healthy treat.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    170g Butter
    75g Flour
    3 medium eggs
    250g Caster Sugar
    75g Cocoa Powder

Tips

*Mine serves 16 as I split it into 2 circular dishes and cut each into 8 triangular slices.


Directions

Melt butter, stir in cocoa.
Whisk eggs and sugar together til light and creamy.
Fold in flour, and butter mixture.
Put in tin and cook for 40-60 minutes at 150 C (Gas Mark 2)
