Spicy Crab Cucumber Salad HCG

    2 long cucumbers
    3/4 cup crab meat, excess water removed
    1 tsp hot pepper sauce
    1 tsp brown mustard
    1/2 Tbs rice vinegar
    Grissini-1 coarsely ground
    Salt and Pepper to taste
    Garnish with chili powder or paprika.


Remove the peel from the cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers in 2 inche slices. Combine aminos, vinegar, mustard and hot sauce. Stir. Add remaining ingredients and stir until combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve within 2 hours of making.
