Raw Banana Oat Bars

Introduction

Yummy raw protein bars! You can use any protein powder--hemp protein powder isn't liked by everyone! Yummy raw protein bars! You can use any protein powder--hemp protein powder isn't liked by everyone!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    bananas
    oats
    almond butter
    cinnamon
    stevia
    protein powder
    ground flax seed
    chia seeds

Directions

Mash bananas and almond butter together before adding other ingredients. Line an 8x8 baking dish with wax paper and spread mixture evenly on paper in dish. Cover the flattened mixture with more wax paper or saran wrap. Place in freezer for 30 minutes to harden a bit so you can take out and cut into 9 even bars. I like to wrap each individually so I have some on-the-go. Great to store in a tupperware container in the freezer!
