Lianes Bean Dip/Side salad

Ingredients

    I large red onion chopped
    2bunches Scallions chopped
    1can black beans ( drained & rinsed)
    1can Mexicorn (drained)
    2medium tomatoes chopped
    2avacados chopped
    1 packet dry Italian dressing
    1/4 c olive oil
    1/2 c red wine vinegar


Directions

Mix all ingredients. Chill for several hours. Serve with Baked Scoops or as salad
