Ingredients

    Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes), 1.5 oz (remove)
    Cucumber (with peel), .5 cucumber (8-1/4") (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Feta Cheese, 1 oz (remove)
    Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Parsley, 4 sprigs (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)
    Darielle Pasta, Low Carb Pasta, Elbows, 3/4 cup, 1 serving (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    *Lemon Juice, .25 cup (remove)

Directions

Chop up all vegetables while pasta cooks. Mix pasta and veggies and then add olive oil and juice from half of a lemon, feta, fresh basil and parsley, salt and pepper to your taste. Shake and refrigerate overnight to marinate. Serve
