    12 oz of raw chicken breast cut into chunks
    1 can of reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 can of diced tomatoes w/ green chiles
    3 cup of salsa
    1 packet of reduced sodium taco seasoning
    2 can of black beans (drained and rinsed)
