    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz(
    *Spinich - fresh Queen Victoria baby spinich, 1 cup
    Strawberries, fresh, 2 large (1-3/8" dia)
    Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 2 oz
    Chia Seed (Nutiva) 1 Tbsp, 1 tbsp
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), .5 tbsp
    Egg white, fresh, 1 large-powdered
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long

Directions

In your blender, start with your liquids..add your fruit frozen for a thicker consitency
