Ingredients

    Kroger Lowfat Cottage Cheese, 0.25 cup
    Chicken Thigh, fried, .5 thigh, bone and skin removed
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 wedge (1/4 of medium tomato)
    Sabra Hummus - roasted red pepper - , 1 tbsp
    Sabra Veggie Dip - Cucumber & Dill, 2 tbsp
    slaw, brocolli, 1 oz

Tips

alter any ingredients to taste. For example, I prefer a broccoli slaw for crunch. Season lightly or not at all. I like a dash of garlic or lemon pepper :)
