Ingredients

    Quinoa
    Scallions
    Peppers (whichever colors you like)
    Chick Peas
    Black Beans
    Cherry Tomatoes
    Lemon Juice

Directions

Cook Quinoa, set aside

While quinoa is cooling, prepare all other ingredients and mix together.

Combine Quinoa with chopped ingredients and enjoy!
