Introduction

Maybe you don't want to make 10 servings of broccoli salad. Maybe if you do, you'll eat the whole bowl! This is a nice change from green salad and a good way to get in some veggies. Use any kind do Italian dressing you have on hand. Double the recipe for dinner for 2! Maybe you don't want to make 10 servings of broccoli salad. Maybe if you do, you'll eat the whole bowl! Ingredients

    1 cup chopped fresh broccoli
    6 grape tomatoes, quartered
    1 and 1/2 Tbsp reduced fat feta cheese
    1 and 1/2 Tbsp Lite Italian dressing

Tips

Some chopped red onion would make a nice addition.


Directions

Chop the broccoli into small pieces. Add the tomatoes and stir in Italian dressing. Top with crumbled feta. Refrigerate until serving. May be prepared up to 24 hours ahead.
