Introduction

I've been taking this smoothie with me everyday as I run out the door and am still loving it! I've been taking this smoothie with me everyday as I run out the door and am still loving it!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup almond milk
    (100g) 1/3 cup vanilla fat free yogurt
    Big hand full of spinach (about 2 cups)
    2 tbsp ground flaxseed
    1 medium banana
    Blend all of the above first then add frozen items
    1 cup frozen fruit (I usually do 2/3 cups mixed berries and the other third peaches or mango)


    This smoothie is perfect for breakfast and keeps me full till lunch.

Tips

I prefer source fat free vanilla yogurt


Directions

Blend non frozen ingredients first, then add frozen fruit.

Serving Size: makes 2 1/2 cups s
