    1/3 cup frozen blueberries
    3/4 cup frozen strawberries
    1/4 of a rip avocado
    1/2 small banana
    1 scoop plain whey protein powder
    2 oz plain nonfat greek yogurt
    2 tbsp honey
    1/2 cup v8 splash juice


throw it all in a blender...add juice as needed for thinning only. frozen fruit eliminates the need for ice.
