Bacon & maple are a natural match - maybe why people dip bacon into their syrup. In this lower fat version, the bacon is cooked right into the maple flavored, sweetened waffles. Ingredients

    6 slices extra lean turkey bacon; cooked & chopped
    1/2 C. oatmeal (regular or instant)
    1/2 C. Fiber One cereal
    1 C. Egg Beaters
    1 C. fat free cottage cheese
    2 tsp. maple extract
    3 packets Splenda
    Butter Flavor PAM

Directions

Combine all ingredients, accept bacon, in a blender. Transfer mixture into a batter bowl or large pourable measuring cup and stir in bacon. Cook in heated waffle iron lightly coated with Butter Flavored PAM.
