Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Package of seasoning
    -1 tsp minced garlic
    -1 tsp marjoram leaves
    -3/4 tsp ground mustard
    -3/4 tsp basil
    -3/4 tsp oregano
    -1/2 tsp black pepper
    6 Tilapia filet (or about 1.5 lbs)
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 1/2 cups chopped fresh spinach
    3/4 c panko bread crumbs
    1/2 lemon - juiced

Directions

1. Place fish on foil lined shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with Salt. Mix oil and all of the spices in medium bowl. Brush fish with 1 tbsp of seasoned oil.
2. Stir spinach and panko into remaining seasoned oil. Divide mixture evenly among fish fillets, pressing lightly so mixture adheres to top of fish.
3. Bake in preheated 400 oven 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.

Serving Size: 6 single filet servings
