Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

1 12 oz can of tuna (in water) drained
    2 large celery stalks, diced
    2 large dill pickles diced
    1 small onion diced
.75 cup of frozen peas, rinsed (dethawing not necessary)
5 oz (or 1/2 of a small block) of sharp cheddar
Whole Wheat Pasta (Shells, wheels, etc. You can really use any pasta you like!)
1 Cup of Lite Miricle Whip
1/4 Cup of Lite Marazetti Slaw Dressing
    Pepper to taste

Directions

While preping other ingredients - cook pasta according to direction and rinse with cold water.

Drain tuna and put in large mixing bowl.
Dice up remaining ingredients (except peas) and put in bowl with tuna.
Add in Miricle Whip and Marazetti, stir ingredients.
Add in peas (partially frozen is okay as it will help chill the salad more quickly).

After draining cooked pasta, fold into salad mixture and season with black pepper to taste.

This is best made a day ahead of time - that way the flavors can meld together. At a minimum - let the salad chill for 30-60 minutes and enjoy! Also - this is really a meal in itself - although the calories/fat is a bit high - I think it is off because of the reciepe calculator - you could reduce the fat/calories by using low fat cheese and fat free dressing - miricle whip really gives this a nice kick that you dont find with most tuna/pasta salads...
