Black Bean Spread

Introduction

Ingredients

    Goya Black Beans - Low Sodium, 1 cup
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Paprika, 1 tsp
    Onions, raw, 1/2 small
    Pureed Tomatoes, 1 tbsp
    Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp

Directions

In a medium saucepan over low heat, add 1 can of beans, 3 smashed garlic cloves, onions, paprika and tomato sauce. Add salt and pepper if desired.

Heat for about 7-8 minutes then using a food chopper, mince the garlic and about 1/2 of the black beans

Serving Size: makes about 1.5 cups
